Hourly Rate: £14.50 per hour

What You’ll Need:
• Must have previously completed iKlean supervisor training and have supervisory experience with iKlean
• Previous supervisory experience in cleaning or hospitality
• Experience managing a team and the ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
• Ability to motivate and support your team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and attendees
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring high cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the event site
• Manage waste disposal and ensure all areas are cleaned and sanitised regularly
• Provide hands-on support to your team and help maintain cleanliness in busy event areas
• Monitor the team’s progress and report any issues to management
• Ensure the health and safety of the team, following all safety protocols
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist attendees with any cleanliness-related requests
