At iKlean Group, we power some of the UK’s biggest concerts, festivals, and community events with professional cleaning and waste management solutions and we’re looking for a Site Event Manager to lead from the front.
This isn’t your average 9–5. It’s fast-paced, outdoors, nationwide, and full of energy. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and make unforgettable events happen (behind the scenes), we want to hear from you.
As our Site Event Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind smooth, safe, and spotless events:
✨ Lead and manage all cleaning & waste operations at concerts, festivals, and major events
✨ Coordinate and supervise iKlean crews on-site
✨ Create staff schedules and delegate tasks effectively
✨ Be the main point of contact between clients and iKlean
✨ Ensure health & safety compliance at all times
✨ Monitor stock, supplies, and logistics from depot to site
✨ Carry out inspections and continuously improve operations
✨ Keep accurate payroll and staffing records
✨ Inspire your team and uphold iKlean’s high standards
You’ll work nationwide, outdoors, and in all weather ... because the show must go on!
We’re looking for someone who:
✔️ Has at least 3 years’ supervisory experience
✔️ Is confident leading teams in high-pressure environments
✔️ Communicates clearly and professionally
✔️ Thinks proactively and solves problems fast
✔️ Can manage budgets and staffing within allocated hours
✔️ Is organised, adaptable, and ready to travel 100%
