Responsibilities: As a Supervisory Sanitation & Litter Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind our sanitation and litter management teams, with responsibilities including:

  1. Team Management: Lead and supervise sanitation and litter management teams, ensuring effective coordination and execution of duties to maintain cleanliness and uphold the festival's standards.
  2. Work Audit: Conduct regular audits of work performed by sanitation and litter management teams, providing feedback and guidance to ensure adherence to quality standards and performance expectations.
  3. Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews for team members, providing constructive feedback and recognition for exemplary performance.
  4. Logistics Coordination: Collect and deliver consumables as needed, ensuring seamless operations and adequate supplies for sanitation and litter management teams.
  5. Training & Development: Utilize your comprehensive iKlean supervisory training to mentor and train team members, fostering skill development and ensuring readiness to tackle festival challenges.

Requirements: To excel in the role of Supervisory Sanitation & Litter Coordinator, you'll need:

  1. Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage staff and work in teams, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
  2. Full iKlean Supervisory Training: Completion of full iKlean supervisory training, showcasing proficiency in sanitation and waste management protocols.
  3. Physical Fitness: Ability to traverse festival grounds comfortably, ensuring all areas remain pristine throughout the event.
