Food and accommodation are provided on-site, but candidates are required to bring their own camping equipment for this exhilarating experience.

Responsibilities:As a Supervisory Airborne Sanitation Specialist & Sky-High Litter Liberator, your mission will encompass:

  1. Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of sanitation specialists, ensuring efficient coordination and execution of duties.
  2. Audit & Performance Review: Conduct regular audits of work performed, provide feedback to staff, and oversee performance reviews.
  3. Logistics Management: Collect and deliver consumables as needed, ensuring seamless operations throughout the event.
  4. Training & Development: Utilize your comprehensive iKlean supervisory training to mentor and train team members for optimal performance.
  5. Communication: Maintain effective communication with staff, event organizers, and other stakeholders to address any issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:To qualify for this supervisory role, you must possess:

  1. Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage staff and work in teams, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
  2. iKlean Supervisory Training: Completion of full iKlean supervisory training, showcasing proficiency in sanitation and waste management protocols.
  3. Physical Fitness: Ability to traverse the airfield comfortably, ensuring all areas remain pristine throughout the event.
  4. Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and stakeholders.
  5. Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to auditing work, ensuring adherence to quality standards and performance expectations.
