Love the buzz of live events? Thrive in fast-paced environments? Know how to motivate a team while keeping standards sky-high?
We’re looking for experienced, hands-on Event Site Supervisors to work in partnership with our Site Manager and lead our incredible operatives at some of the UK’s biggest festivals and events.
This isn’t a stand-back-and-watch role - you’ll be in the thick of it. Leading by example. Solving problems. Supporting your crew. Keeping operations running smoothly.
You’ll oversee teams of 10+ operatives across areas including:
✅ Toilet & Shower Cleaning Crews
✅ Wet Waste Teams
✅ Litter Picking Crews
✅ Stewarding & Waste Management Teams
You’ll be the link between our operatives and the Site Manager, ensuring communication flows, standards stay high, and the job gets done properly ... even when the weather (or the crowds!) have other ideas.
✔ Leading and supporting a team of 10+ operatives on site
✔ Working hands-on alongside your crew
✔ Transporting stock and equipment to events (vehicle required)
✔ Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety & efficiency

✔ Supporting the Site Manager to keep operations running seamlessly
This is a physically active role with long shifts, outdoor working, and plenty of moving parts. So energy, resilience, and a positive attitude are key.
Due to security placements and specialist training, you must be able to commit from May through to the end of the festival season.
✔ £16.50 – £25.00 per hour
✔ Food allowance or meals provided via staff welfare areas
✔ Fuel allowance between events
✔ End-of-season bonuses for committed team members
✔ Wellbeing support access
✔ Team competitions & additional seasonal bonuses
✔ Travel the UK and be part of unforgettable events
✔ Minimum 2 years’ management experience
✔ At least 1 year in cleaning or similar operational environment
✔ Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle (essential)
✔ Comfortable working freelance across multiple UK events
✔ Strong leadership skills with a “lead by example” approach
✔ Ability to stay calm, proactive and solution-focused under pressure
✔ Full UK work authorisation
✔ 100% willingness to travel
