At iKlean Group, we’re looking for a proactive Transport & Logistics Associate to support our growing operations. From warehouse coordination to fleet compliance, you’ll play a key role in keeping our supply chain efficient, compliant, and running smoothly.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

‍

You’ll be at the heart of our logistics operations, helping to keep stock, systems, and vehicles on track:

✔️ Coordinating transport schedules using TMS systems
✔️ Managing warehouse processes including inventory control, picking, packing, shipping & receiving
✔️ Supporting stock organisation and category management
✔️ Analysing operational data to spot improvements
✔️ Liaising with third-party logistics providers (3PL)
✔️ Maintaining accurate inventory and purchase records
✔️ Supporting process improvement initiatives
✔️ Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards

🚗 Fleet & Vehicle Management

‍

You’ll also oversee vehicle transport across the business, including:

• Monitoring servicing schedules
• Ensuring MOT compliance
• Tracking mileage records
• Providing regular reports to the finance team

🌟 What We’re Looking For

‍

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

✨ Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain
✨ Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities
✨ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✨ Knowledge of inventory control and logistics procedures
✨ Experience with materials handling equipment (forklift certification is a bonus!)
✨ A proactive mindset with an eye for process improvement
