This year’s Showman’s Show was an incredible experience for the iKlean team with two full days surrounded by some of the most creative, skilled, and hardworking professionals in the events industry. As a young and growing business, stepping into a space filled with such talent was both inspiring and energising.
From lighting masterminds and interior designers to web developers, BMX stunt suppliers, and even puppet dinosaurs (plus a couple of real camels!), the variety of exhibitors reminded us just how wonderfully diverse this industry is. Every corner revealed something new, surprising, or impressively inventive.
We also had the chance to connect with those working closer to our own world, such as event organisers, toilet suppliers, and fellow cleaning professionals. It was genuinely uplifting to see how each business approaches their work differently yet effectively. The openness, encouragement, and conversations we shared made us feel truly welcomed into the wider events community.
We left the show with not only new contacts, but real excitement about the opportunities and collaborations discussed over the two days. The enthusiasm from others about what we’re building at iKlean meant a great deal, and it’s motivated us more than ever to keep pushing forward.
Here’s to the partnerships sparked, the ideas shared, and the bright road ahead. We can’t wait to see what 2026 brings, for us, for our new connections, and for the entire events industry.
